FOR THE RIGHT START
... we expect the following:
good secondary school graduation certificate; for industrial clerks we require the equivalent of an Abitur (high school diploma/A levels) or, upon completion of secondary school, subsequent completion and graduation from a business school.

For industrial careers, you should have an interest in technical matters.
You should be a team player and display initiative, flexibility, creativity and open-mindedness.
